City of New Vision

This is an on going project to elaborate more on the city of New Vision. New vision is city with in an alternate reality United states where a trillionare philanthropist bailed out a struggling Midwestern city and revitalized it to become a mega metropolis designed around cultivating cutting edge technology for the masses. though the story of New Vision is seen as a positive rags to riches story by the general public, the passing of the founder of new vision has left a power vacuum with in its infrastructure that has multiple organizations fighting for control of the worlds most technologically advanced city.
